Bhavisha Gorecha

Bhavisha is EMEA Chief of Staff for Global Operations at Credit Suisse, and head of the Office of the Senior Managers Regime. As part of the regional leadership, she has responsibility for design and delivery of regional strategic initiatives, ranging from crisis management and enterprise resilience, to effective regulatory governance frameworks, and workforce and people strategy. 

Bhavisha is also co-chair of the EMEA BAME Network, which aims to be the voice of its members to drive change, create a sense of community and provide a platform for underrepresented perspectives. Bhavisha has worked at Goldman Sachs, as an Executive Director in Compliance, and the Financial Conduct Authority. 

She is also a trustee for Maa Shanti, an organisation that empowers South Asian women fleeing domestic abuse.
