Cynthia Fortlage is a Belfast-born, Canadian-raised, and globally recognised award-winning speaker, writer, and consultant on inclusive leadership, gender diversity, human rights, intersectionality, and privilege. Based in London, UK, she is the founder of The FORTLAGE Collective. With over 30 years of experience as an executive and board leader, Cynthia has partnered with over 500 organisations across more than 30 countries, helping them build inclusive cultures where everyone feels valued and empowered. Known as "One Leader with Two Genders of Experience," she is currently seeking a literary agent for her debut book, Acceptance without Understanding™, aiming to inspire 1 billion people to embrace acceptance by 2050.
