With over 15 years of experience working both agency-side and in-house, Erris is a trusted strategic communications advisor focused on driving business growth and delivering impactful results. Throughout her career, she has successfully led communications for some of the world's most renowned and complex brands, spearheading high-impact PR and strategic initiatives across various industries. Erris began her career at Bompas & Parr, launching innovative projects for major brands such as Marks & Spencer, Diageo, Singleton, and Facebook. She is now the Communications Director at UNLIMITED, where her leadership has been instrumental in driving the agency's most awarded and highest growth period, culminating in its acquisition by Accenture Song last year. Before joining UNLIMITED, Erris led PR & Communications for Publicis Groupe and its agencies, including Leo Burnett, Fallon, and Saatchi & Saatchi. She worked with high-profile clients such as Direct Line, Unilever, McDonald's, Škoda, Samsung, and Google, among others. Having lived and worked in both Europe and now Singapore, Erris was named one of Management Today's 35 Under 35 Women last year, a testament to her leadership and influence in the communications industry.
