"Hadeel is a multi-award-winning architectural technologist, researcher and recognized subject matter expert in Building information Modelling in the UK Construction Industry.

 Fellow Chartered Architectural Technologist FCIAT, Fellow Chartered Manager CMgr FCMI ,Chartered Construction Manager MCIOB and Building Information Management specialist. Passionately driving digitalisation to optimise organisations operations, promote sustainability, improve quality, safety and efficiency across the Architecture, Engineering , Construction and Operations (AECO) industry. 

 Held multiple roles in architecture, information management, BIM management and consultancy and worked closely with stakeholders of every level of seniority and experience.

 She is a Women in BIM Mentor and Regional Lead, Women in Construction Ambassador, UK BIM Alliance/nima Ambassador. Guest Lecturer and speaker regularly presenting at universities and events to promote STEM and architectural technology to the new generation and works to encourage women of all ages and experience to consider construction as a viable and rewarding career option.

 Hadeel has wide experience in Architecture, construction, and facilities management as an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated Digital Transformation specialist. Hadeel has been involved in a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects spanning a variety of sectors with a focus on operations and FM.

 The Iraqi-British engineer started her career as an architect in Baghdad, Iraq. Working mainly in the healthcare sector on hospital projects in Iraq in collaboration with UAE based architects and Canadian construction group. Since then she worked on multiple global projects in the Middle East, UK and Ireland driving innovation and promoting digital technologies. She also studied leadership in exchange programs the United States and Hong Kong.

 In 2013 she has been named as one of the winners of Tamayouz Award for Architectural Excellence Judged by Architect Dame Zaha Hadid which led to her completing her MSc in the UK in 2016 to specialise in Building information modelling and progressed to work in digital construction on multiple health, housing, aviation and education projects. 

 Hadeel is now the Digital Education sector lead for the Real Estate Digital team. She led the implementation of BIM and digital processes at multiple projects with various clients including MMU, DfE and UCL. She led the Estates digital transformation and built the foundation of the digital twin for Coventry University. She focuses on Digital Estates and sustainability and works to develop processes to support clients in their digital transformation.

 She is a recipient of multiple awards including the Seed Rise Award 2018, Rising star – Keep your eyes on this one award at BIM Show Live 2019, Digital Construction Award 2022, University Innovation award 2022, BIM Coordinators Summit token of Appreciation 2022 and the prestigious Building Innovation Award 2022. She’s currently Judge of CIAT Excellence in Architecture awards 2022-2024 and Digital Constuction Awards 2024.

 She is an active participant of and subject matter expert in UK and international industry groups and has been an industry researcher with multiple publications focusing on academia/industry collaboration. She’s the founder of BIM4Estates, regional committee member of CIAT West Midlands, Ambassador of nima/UK BIM Alliance and regional lead for Women in BIM"
