Nicky De Simone

Since joining The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) ten years ago, Nicky has worked in numerous roles, including in the Office of the Chief of Staff to Fabrizio Freda, Global President & CEO. Nicky moved to the UK from New York in 2019 and was promoted to be ELC UK & Ireland’s first Strategy &Transformation Director and has overseen the Corporate Strategy for the past four years. Following great success in the role Nicky was appointed to lead Enterprise Marketing & Transformation UK & Ireland. In 2021, Nicky was promoted to VP Enterprise Marketing, Data and the ELC Studios UK&I, a position she still holds. In June 2021 Nicky was named on the prestigious Management Today’s list of Britain’s brightest 35 Women Under 35.
